Madison County completed the 2016 season with a 6-5 record. With their 5-1 region record and a third place finish in Class 4A region seven, the Tigers earned a spot in the playoffs in 2016. Madison County's season came to an end in the first round of the playoffs when they fell to West Limestone by a score of 28-26. Since 2010, Madison County has gone a combined 49-32. Their 60.0% winning percentage ranks 23rd in Class 4A over the past seven seasons. Over the past 25 seasons, Madison County has managed to compile a record of 121-145.
